Jake has been giving fans a sneak peak of his new single and video as he travels from Georgia to Key West on this #Jakeslovebustour. Jake's video shave included some of his shenanigans on the road, some sneak peaks at the ideas for his new videos, and even some acoustic performances. Similar to Periscope, Facebook Live allows you to "go live" and share videos with your followers in real time. Artists like Jake can use Periscope and Facebook live to let fans have a "backstage pass" to some of the things they are doing! This helps fans feel more connected and like they are getting a more intimate and closer look at their favorite artists. One benefit to the use of Facebook live versus Periscope is that posts can be viewed on a profile page later if you missed it whereas Periscope expires after 24 hours.
